Clinton Township Michigan Traffic Ticket Attorney:
Did you recently receive a traffic ticket in Clinton Township Michigan? Police officers in Clinton Township are out aggressively writing tickets to raise city revenues. You shouldn’t have to be the one to pick up the tab! Receiving a traffic ticket can have consequences for more than just your wallet though. Some so called “Traffic tickets” would be more appropriately named traffic crimes, since they are actually misdemeanors. Any misdemeanor, traffic or otherwise, can result in jail time, significant costs and fines, and a permanent criminal record. While you may be able to have a misdemeanor expunged, traffic offenses are not expungeable so a reckless driving charge, or driving while license suspended could haunt you forever.
Whether you have received a traffic ticket or a traffic crime charge, our experienced attorneys will work to get the level of the infraction reduced. This can mean lower fees, lower car insurance rate, avoiding costly driver’s responsibility fees, etc.
