Have you been charged with theft of motor vehicle fuel? This change can have serious ramifications for your license and your life. The Secretary of State will immediately suspend your license upon proof of such a conviction, meaning you will not be able to drive, and if you do you will face a misdemeanor driving while license suspended charge. Unless you can afford a driver, or have friends or family who are willing and able to drive you around, this will present a real problem in maintaining employment, familial, and community obligations.
