The 51ST District Court is located at 5100 Civic Center Drive, Waterford, MI 48329, and has two judges, Richard D. Kuhn, Jr. and Jodi Debbrecht .The State is divided into judicial districts, each of which is an administrative unit subject to the control of the Supreme Court of the State of Michigan. The 51ST District Court Division was established by the State of Michigan to render judicial decisions for the citizens of the City of Waterford.
